Description
Problem description
Admin User working on a production database, can potentially make a careless mistake, under impression they are working on a dev/test DB.
Alternatives considered
In order to help the admin user and remind them that they are currently on prod/live allow the whole app background (or table frame) to use a different color scheme, per ALIAS.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the database-alias handling and the app background or table-frame styling, then determine how an alias-specific color scheme could be applied; done means production and non-production aliases provide distinct, reliable visual cues.
