Description

Github releases of vscode-yaml seem to have stopped at version 4.0.

Please backfill them to match the releases history on the https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/ site, where the latest version is 0.6.1).

Please also make the .vsix filename more predictable.

Research direction

Compare the GitHub release list with the vscode-yaml release history on the Visual Studio Marketplace, then inspect the repository's release and packaging setup for the .vsix naming behavior. Done means the missing releases are backfilled through version 0.6.1 and generated .vsix filenames follow a predictable convention.
