Description
When I enter '{{, I will get '{{' instead of '{{}}' in yaml mode. Why does yaml mode not support auto closing brackets in quotes?

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in VS Code with YAML mode by entering '{{ inside quotes, then trace the YAML support responsible for bracket completion. Done means nested brackets in quoted YAML text produce the expected '{{}}' behavior without regressing ordinary YAML editing.
