Description

Expected (JSON Version)

Actual (No validation on properties)

Json Draft 7 Works fine, I assume this might be due to the use of meta-schema references in 8+

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified. First reproduce the difference between JSON Schema Draft 7 and versions 8+ in the VS Code YAML extension, then trace the schema validation and IntelliSense path. Done means properties in Draft 8+ schemas receive the expected validation and completion behavior.
