Description
I had to develop using an XML file, so I downloaded and applied the extension to a closed network environment. After installation, server connection error occurred and cannot be used.
I would like to ask if there is a way to use the extension in a closed network.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the VS Code XML extension installation in a closed network and inspect the extension's server connection errors or logs. Confirm whether the extension can start and provide XML editing without external network access; the issue does not name a file or test to run.
