Description

When formatting elements with names that have trailing blanks, they a trimmed to only one trailing blank.
An xml document <Node><Name>a name with trailing blanks </Name></Node> becomes

<Node>
    <Name>a name with trailing blanks </Name>
</Node>

after formatting (note that only one blank remains).
