Research direction

Start with the Red Hat XML extension 0.27.1 server startup using Ubuntu 22.04, VS Code 1.90.1, and the reported CPU-feature error. Check whether the machine supports the listed features and determine why the server closes; done means the extension starts without the initialization failure.
