I have currently set up the following configuration:

"http.proxy": "http://127.0.0.1:7890",
"xml.server.vmargs": "-Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true",
}
However, while I can successfully download the XSD URL using Google Chrome or wget, it remains in a downloading state in the editor.
