Description

Type: may be a bug.

Extension version: 0.24.11
VS Code version: Code 1.99.3 (Universal)
OS version: macOS 15.4.1 (sequoia)

It seems to be an example that does not work properly as instructed in readme.md.

When performing exploded deploy, I found that files were continuously created and deleted in the deployment directory, and rsp-ui shows that it is being deployed.
At first, I did not recognize the bug and left it on for about 2 hours, but I closed it after confirming that files were continuously uploaded and downloaded to the deployment target directory.
I reconfirmed the bug three times by changing the autopublish setting and the rsp.assembly.json setting.

I would like to ask if there is a similar experience or solution.
If you need any additional information to help resolve the issue, I'd be happy to share it with you.

Research direction

Start with the README's provisional project structure details and reproduce exploded deployment on JBoss EAP 7.4 using the reported extension, VS Code, macOS, autopublish, and rsp.assembly.json settings. Trace the repeated file creation and deletion in the deployment directory and confirm that deployment completes without continuous uploads and downloads.
