Description

Create a new Quarkus project, open GreetingResource.java:

The codelens should not appear, since the application is not started and there's actually nothing running on port 8080 at that time.

Research direction

Reproduce this with a new Quarkus project and open GreetingResource.java while the application is stopped. Trace the REST endpoint codelens behavior and verify that the codelens is absent until the application is running on port 8080.
