Description

The guide here

https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-openshift-tools/blob/main/README.crc-workflow.md

Shows how to configure CRC in macos using VScode. But it is not clear how to do these steps in windows as the installation file is *.msi, different from Mac.

Start with README.crc-workflow.md and review the existing macOS CRC and VS Code configuration steps. Document the corresponding Windows steps, accounting for the MSI installation, and confirm that the guide clearly explains how a Windows user completes the workflow.
