Description

Rather than always creating new view for when 'Follow Component's Log' command executed, the extension should reveal the view created for the same component. Depending on the current state of the view (streaming or not streaming) it should ether rebuild the view or just reveal it.

Research direction

Start at the implementation of the “Follow Component's Log” command and trace how the view for a component is created. Check how streaming and non-streaming states are represented; done means invoking the command reveals the existing component view and rebuilds it only when required.
