Description

I would like to suggest to create a way to lazy load the classes and the index in vscode-java, for mono repos it's very hard to use because of the time it takes to compile, index, etc.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so begin by locating the indexing and compilation entry points in vscode-java. The scope and completion criteria for lazy loading are not defined in the report.
