How to input/output Greek characters

When using vscode to write a Java program, the input and output of Greek characters are garbled.

The output should match what I typed.

Additional Informations

The DEBUG CONSOLE panel can output normally, but cannot input.

The same code works fine in idea.

Start by reproducing the supplied App program in VS Code 1.72.0 on Windows and compare the terminal and DEBUG CONSOLE behavior with IntelliJ IDEA. Investigate the Java extension's handling of non-ASCII input and output, using the DEBUG CONSOLE as the named entry point. Done means Greek characters typed into the program are returned and displayed correctly.
