Java extensions crashing upon open *.java file

The Language Support for Java server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

Start by reproducing the crash on Windows 11 with JDK 18, VS Code 1.70.2, and Java extension v1.9.0 by opening the provided Main.java example. Inspect the Java language server startup logs, especially the java.lang.instrument assertion failures. Done means opening a .java file no longer repeatedly crashes the server.
