Description
In order to provide a better UX for Quarkus users who don't have vscode-quarkus installed (and also for Microprofile/vscode-microprofile), we can detect if known quarkus ( or microprofile) dependencies are added to the project(s) classpath, and recommend installing https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=redhat.vscode-quarkus (resp. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=redhat.vscode-microprofile)
Recommendation popup will appear with 3 choices: Install / Later (might ask again after 24h) / Don't ask again.
