Research direction

Start by reproducing the crash with Language Support for Java 0.80.0 in VS Code 1.59.0 on the reported Fedora Linux environment. The issue names no source file or test; done means identifying why the language server crashes repeatedly and confirming that it can start without reaching the five-crash restart limit.
