Description
When moving a class, an error message appears when the target already exists:

Users have to expand to see the real error, and reading the exception is painful.
In this case, a clearer error message could be provided. @testforstephen could you help improve that?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the error in VS Code Java by moving a class into a location where the target already exists, then inspect the displayed exception and its expandable details. Done means the resulting message clearly explains the conflict without requiring users to expand the error.
