Description
https://github.com/openshift-helm-charts has two .NET charts:
- .NET application: https://github.com/openshift-helm-charts/charts/tree/main/charts/redhat/redhat/dotnet
- .NET image streams: https://github.com/openshift-helm-charts/charts/tree/main/charts/redhat/redhat/redhat-dotnet-imagestreams
These charts are functionally working.
The openshift-helm-charts has a chart-verifier tool: https://github.com/redhat-certification/chart-verifier.
This issue is for updating the charts so they meet all the expectations of the verifier tool.

Research direction
Start with the two chart directories named in the issue: charts/redhat/redhat/dotnet and charts/redhat/redhat/redhat-dotnet-imagestreams. Run the chart-verifier tool against both charts and review its reported expectations. Done means both functionally working charts pass all verifier checks.
