Description

Upstream: fullsend-ai/fullsend#1937

A native working_dir field in the harness schema would let us point agents at a specific monorepo workspace without relying on skills or agent prompt instructions to cd.

Currently we work around this with the rhdh-workspace skill and path-based dispatch filtering.

Impact: Would simplify workspace-scoped agent runs and reduce prompt complexity for monorepo targets.

Migrated from docs/known-issues.md

Research direction

Start with upstream fullsend#1937 and inspect the harness schema; the issue was migrated from docs/known-issues.md. Review the current rhdh-workspace skill and path-based dispatch filtering, then confirm that a native working_dir field can replace this workaround for workspace-scoped agent runs.
