Description
As mentioned in https://github.com/redhat-developer/quarkus-ls/issues/216#issuecomment-598765263, there is currently no support for mp.openapi.schema.* because current Quarkus mapped property expects mapped values to not contain a period (.).
Once this issue is fixed, this PR: https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-quarkus/pull/234 can be undone.

Research direction
Start with the linked issue comment for the current limitation and inspect vscode-quarkus PR #234 to understand the related workaround. Then locate the Quarkus mapped-property handling involved in mp.openapi.schema.* support. Done means these properties are recognized despite periods in mapped values and the workaround can be undone.
