Research direction

Start by reading the Quarkus Lifecycle capability and the related issue https://github.com/redhat-developer/quarkus-ls/issues/249. Investigate how CodeLens URLs are produced and refreshed, then define completion as refreshing the URL when the Quarkus application starts and ends, with coverage for both lifecycle transitions.
