Research direction
Start by locating the handling of META-INF/quarkus-extensions.yaml and quarkus-extensions.json in the language server. Trace how extension metadata is currently obtained for completion and hover, then use the name, description, and other relevant information from these files. Done means completion and hover can consume the extension metadata from the packaged JAR.
