Research direction
Begin by reviewing pull request #835 and the existing RHELAI startup path. Trace ExtendedPorts and the setup passed through UserData, then inspect README.md and the linked vLLM integration guidance. Done means the Azure and Azure Tekton task path, HTTPS proxy, proxy port handling, UserData setup, and README updates are complete.
