Description

We want to allow mapt to spin machines in a managed environment, some of the constraints for the environment requires machines will be created in an specific vpc and subnet. We want to add a param for every target offered in AWS so machines can use the networking we set instead of create its own networking stack

Research direction

Start by locating the AWS target implementations and the code that creates each target's networking stack. Trace how target parameters are handled, then define the supplied VPC and subnet behavior for every AWS target; the work is done when each target can use the specified networking instead of creating its own stack.
