Description
Is there anyway to store the pricing cost of the spot instance created and associated infra? I'd like to be able to query that data/attribute post provisioning and then post that on a comment to the PR to show dev's how much it is costing to spin up these resources. A shift left on finops.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by tracing where spot instances and associated infrastructure are provisioned, then identify how PR comments are posted. Done would mean the resulting pricing data can be queried after provisioning and appears in a PR comment.
