Description

Today DocumentMatcher is used when file is opened and when language servers must be collected for completion, highlight etc

When classpath changed, DocumentMatcher must b ere evaluated to connect/disconnect the file to language servers (ex: add Qute dependency should connect and start the language server for Qute).

Research direction

Start by tracing DocumentMatcher at file-open and language-server collection call sites, then find where classpath changes are handled. Done means a classpath change re-evaluates matching and connects or disconnects the file's language servers, including the Qute dependency example.
