Description
Today DocumentMatcher is used when file is opened and when language servers must be collected for completion,highlight etc
When classpath changed, DocumentMatcher must b ere evaluated to connect/disconnect the file to language servers (ex: add Qute dependency should connect and start the language server for Qute).
