Plugin LSP4IJ (0.7.0): Error while starting language server 'qute' (pid=null)

Using the latest IntelliJ on latest Windows version, I'm getting the following error when starting the IDE:

Reproduce the qute language-server startup failure on IntelliJ and Windows, then trace the reported path through com.redhat.devtools.lsp4ij.features.inlayhint.LSPInlayHintsProvider and internal.CompletableFutures. Use the stack trace to determine why the server cannot start while handling textDocument/inlayHint; done means the failure is resolved or reported with a verified explanation.
