Description
- After undoing a code action "Extract into variable" from
rust-analyzer, Redo is grayed out.
- Undo of two consecutive "Extract into variable" code actions can not be done separately. They are undone together.

Research direction
Start by reproducing both reported behaviors with rust-analyzer: redo should remain available after undoing “Extract into variable,” and consecutive actions should undo separately. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first trace how code actions are recorded in the IntelliJ client and add coverage for both undo/redo cases.
