This doesn't seem to affect other dotnet versions

Start with test.sh and reproduce the publish-aspnet-selfcontained failure on Alpine Linux with dotnet9, comparing the behavior with the other dotnet versions mentioned. Investigate the reported Kestrel socket and CLR abort, then verify that the test runs reliably on dotnet9 without regressing the other versions.
