Description
Цели можно читать из файла: ping-scanner -f targets.txt [args...]. Одна цель в строке, строки с # — комментарии, пустые строки игнорируются.
Файл и аргументы мержатся, дедупликация применяется к общему набору.

-f targets.txtсканирует цели из файла -
#-строки и пустые строки игнорируются (в skipped не входят) - невалидные строки файла — тот же skip /
--fail-fast, что и у args - аргументы и файл мержатся
- дедупликация работает по объединённому набору
- несуществующий файл → корректная ошибка (exit 2)
