Hot reload

Add hot reload feature in CS3. Suppose I forget to turn on Wi-Fi or mobile data and try to open CS3. Then it gives connection error. Now if I turn on Wi-Fi then it's still showing connection error. For this reason, we have to click on retry connection, and again we need to select provider. This is very inconvenient. You should add Hot reload feature Or you can add swipe down to refresh.
This same problem in library. If I try to go SIMKl library from local library. The SIMKl library page is blank. There are no movies. But if I go to another menu and come back again, then SIMKL shows the movie list.
So please add hot reload or swipe down to refresh feature in CS3.

Lastly, #659 issue was closed as complete, but again I found this issue.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the connection error after enabling Wi-Fi or mobile data and the blank SIMKL library view, then trace the relevant refresh and navigation behavior. Done should define and verify a consistent way for connection and library content to recover without manually retrying or leaving the screen.
