Description
Describe your suggested feature
Cloudstream provides great way to download movies and I could say that the user interface also feels great to use. I think it would be nice if we can watch our already downloaded movies from other source in cloudstream so it could be a standalone media center apps?
I'm thinking about "GOG Galaxy", but for movies.

Research direction
Start by mapping Cloudstream's existing download and playback flows, then determine how locally stored movies from outside sources could be discovered and opened. Done should mean users can find and play supported local movie files reliably, with the expected media-center behavior defined and verified.
