Clicking download button on every episode of a season is buggy

Steps to reproduce

First issue, sometimes crashes.
Second issue, it doesn't display the "download in progress" icon on every episode. I'm not sure if all episodes you clicked even start getting downloaded.

Expected behavior

You click download button on every episode and it immediately starts showing the "download in progress icon" and app doesn't crash.

Actual behavior

Sometimes crashes and download in progress icon doesn't show (or downloads don't start).

Start by reproducing the episode-download sequence on Android 12 using Cloudstream 3.5.0 at commit 60aca3eb, then collect Logcat output because none is attached. Trace what happens when download buttons are clicked repeatedly; done means the app does not crash and every selected episode shows the download-in-progress icon and starts downloading.
