Description
Describe your suggested feature
My ISP is currently implementing DPI blocking, making many websites inaccessible. As a result, many plugins are also not working. Is it possible to add a DPI bypass feature similar to the application at https://github.com/UsagiApp/Usagi?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the requested DPI-bypass behavior in this Android app and comparing it with the linked Usagi project. No source file, entry point, test, or acceptance criteria are identified, so first establish the intended scope and how successful bypassing would be verified for inaccessible websites and plugins.
