Describe your suggested feature
Currently when I download a subtitle for a movie, it disappears when I quit the app. It will be helpful if downloaded subtitle and any sync adjustment is saved permanently, so i don't have to download again .

Research direction
Trace the subtitle download flow and the playback sync-adjustment flow to find where their state currently lives and how app shutdown is handled. Persist both the downloaded subtitle and its sync setting, then verify after restarting the app that the subtitle remains available with the same adjustment.
