Description
Steps to reproduce
The latest updates has noticeably increased battery drain compared to previous versions, even with normal usage. This suggests inefficient processes or poorly optimized features. Some of the newer additions feel unnecessary and contribute to the issue rather than improving the experience. Streamlining or debloating some features could significantly improve performance and battery life. Thank you and hope someone with take that into consideration 🙏
Expected behavior
To improve battery life like previous versions of the app.
Actual behavior
Not much else to say.

Research direction
No source file, test, or reproducible workload is named, and the submitted Logcat is empty. Start by reproducing the drain on Cloudstream 4.7.0 with Android 11 while comparing normal usage with a previous version; identify the responsible process or feature before changing anything. Done means battery usage is measurably improved without breaking the affected app behavior.
