Description

Describe your suggested feature

This setting will enable all extensions search there r many extensions a user normally have installed byt we can only one extension in home screen, so other extensions make use only for search, if downloaded extensions dont even show in search results it wouldn't make use of them.

Other details

This can help users who dont want to enable each new extension in search every time and we can use them easily.

Research direction

Start by locating the Android search settings and extension-selection UI, then trace how enabled extensions are included in search results. Done means users can choose to enable all installed extensions for search without enabling each one individually, and those extensions appear in results.
