Description

Describe your suggested feature

We have to set watch status one time for app and then set it for sync service, if CloudStream Watch status is synced with trackers it would be very easy and would help in auto sync.

Research direction

Start by tracing how CloudStream stores watch status and how the sync service communicates with trackers. Define the expected behavior for syncing status in both directions, then identify the affected tracker integrations and a way to verify that one watch-status change is reflected consistently.
