Skip intro button no longer shows on Android TV

Steps to reproduce

1. Select TV layout in settings->layout->app layout
   (Bug is specific for TV layout version)
2. Start an anime episode and go to op
3. Skip intro button does not pop up

Expected behavior

Skip intro pop up to on TV version of internal player.

Actual behavior

Skipt intro button does not show on TV layout.

Skip intro button does not show on player for the TV layout. Is specific for the TV layout, as switching to a phone layout on the same TV will have the skip button back.

The specific skip intro is the one that is not tied to the internal player, but the one that uses a a database to accurately skip the op and ed of a specific episode.

Start by reproducing the issue with the TV layout on Android 10, then compare it with the phone layout where the database-backed skip intro appears. Trace the TV version of the internal player and verify that the skip intro button is shown for opening and ending skips; done when it appears consistently in TV layout.
