Description

Describe your suggested feature

Hello, and thank you for your continuous work on Cloudstream.
I would like to request a Windows-compatible version of Cloudstream.

Many users who frequently use Cloudstream on Android would also benefit from a desktop version for Windows, especially for environments where using an Android emulator is inefficient or undesirable.
This would significantly improve usability for users who consume content on desktop systems.
If this is technically feasible or already under consideration, I would appreciate any information or roadmap insights.
Thank you for your time and for maintaining this project.

No files, tests, or implementation entry points are named. Start by reviewing the repository's current platform targets and assessing what a Windows desktop version would require; done would first need a defined, technically feasible scope and implementation plan.
