Describe your suggested feature
My suggestion is an improvement for the use of torrent plugins. Basically, it would be a global setting that the user could configure within the application, allowing you to add a list of ips that should be blocked in torrenting, it would basically be a feature to try to get away from "ant-torrent" groups.
