Extension sites getting disappeared

Steps to reproduce

I have installed some extension nad i see list of sites one fresh install and fressh extention download but after some days that whole extension all site of that getting in setting it show all site is install and extension is also installed

Expected behavior

All site remain in list to select and open

Actual behavior

Sites getting disappeared even with out actual disabled by provider in main open list

Start by reproducing the issue on Cloudstream 4.6.1 with Android 15, recording which installed extension sites disappear from the main list while remaining visible in settings. Trace the extension-site list and selection flow to compare those two views. Done means sites remain selectable unless the provider actually disables them; capture logcat output if reproduction fails or reveals an error.
