Subtitle doesn't scale well in pip mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a video with subtitles.
2. Switch to PiP mode.

Expected behavior

1. The subtitle size should scale with the size of pip mode.

Actual behavior

1. The subtitles take up a large portion of the viewing area sometimes obscuring large portions of the video.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce the issue on Android 12 by opening subtitled video in PiP mode, then trace the subtitle and PiP rendering code; it is done when subtitle size scales with the PiP viewing area without obscuring the video.
