Library doesn't reload when switching profiles until restart

Steps to reproduce

1. Have more than one profile with each having different library providers(simkl and anilist).
2. Switch from Profile A (simkl library) to Profile B (anilist library).

Expected behavior

The library should switch from simkl to anilist.

Actual behavior

The library remains on simkl after switching to Profile B and you can't use your anilist account with any provider until you restart the app. Basically whatever library you start with endures throughout the lifecycle of the app and doesn't respect the last used library choice on your profiles.

No source files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the profile switch with separate simkl and anilist library providers on Android 12, then trace how the selected profile's library provider is loaded and retained across the app lifecycle. Done means switching from Profile A to Profile B immediately uses the anilist library without restarting the app.
