Steps to reproduce
  1. Go to settings > Updates and Backup > Show Logcat 🐈
Expected behavior

There should be logcat🐈.

Actual behavior

There's no logcat🐈.

The Logcat is available on an Android 10 EMUI 12 device, but not on a Stock Android 14 device.
