Video Player Resize button bug in mobile and android tv

Steps to reproduce

The Resize button

A.) When on android tv
1 fit to screen - works
2 stretch - works
3 zoom - not working (as shown in the video file attached)

B.) When on mobile
All 3 button works, but there is a bug - sometimes it zoom completely which is good and expected. but sometimes the zoom is not a full zoom and more of a partial zoom as shown in the video file attached.

Expected behavior

To enhance user experience. I suggest Please add a pinch-to-zoom feature to allow users to zoom video to their desired level in mobile.
And in android tv please fix the zoom button because it's not responding while pressing zoom button

Start by reproducing the Resize button behavior on Android 12 using Cloudstream 4.5.4, checking the Android TV zoom action and the inconsistent mobile zoom shown in the attached videos. Trace the video player's Resize controls and verify that Android TV zoom responds and mobile zoom behaves consistently, with pinch-to-zoom considered against the stated expected behavior.
