Pre release plugins not updating

Steps to reproduce

Plugins are not updating I have enabled automatic plugins updates and its not updating even if I push updates manually still not happening daily deleting all repos and downloading every other day

Start by reproducing automatic and manual plugin updates on Cloudstream 4.5.2 with Android 15, using the reported commit and logcat as context. Identify the plugin update flow from the reproduction; done means enabled automatic updates apply pushed plugin changes without requiring repositories to be deleted and re-downloaded.
