Description
Describe your suggested feature
Currently, language selection is handled in-app. On Android 13 (API 33) and above, users can set the app’s language independently in system settings (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Language).
Other details
Benefits:
- Aligns with Android best practices.
- Prevents the app defaulting to Chinese on some Chinese ROMs.
- Improves user experience by letting users set language from device settings.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing in-app language selection and the Android resource or configuration handling it uses. Check how Android 13+ per-app language settings are declared and propagated, then verify that changing the app language in system settings changes the app language without relying on the in-app selector.
