Plug-in update bug

Steps to reproduce

Plug-ins don´t auto update and when trying to manually update them I can click multiple times and after I get a toast that (in my case) 13 Plug-ins have been updated. So I´m assuming that the update tool is broken.

Expected behavior

Getting a toast or a notification that all plug-ins are up-to-date,

Start by reproducing the plug-in update flow on Cloudstream 4.5.2 with Android 15, then inspect the linked Logcat report for errors during automatic and manual updates. Done means an update runs once without repeated clicks and shows a notification when all plug-ins are up to date.
